What are the rules of exchange and return?
The original receipt should be available.
You can Exchange/ Refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Delivery fees are applied on any cancellation or return orders if the order is already shipped.
The product has to be in its Original and unused status.
The refunded amount will take place by the same payment method that you used in the purchase transaction ( cash or visa ).
We can not Exchange or return these products (inner caps– turban – basic wear – pins ).
For items purchased under promotions or discounts, returns are not accepted; however, exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase..
